Shipping

All orders are custom packaged to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase.  All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (“UPS”), DHL or Georgian Post. Certain products require special shipping arrangements. We are happy to assist our customers with such shipping arrangements prior to purchase.  Please email customercare@kaveuli.com with any inquiries.  When orders are shipped outside Georgia, the shipping cost displayed at checkout does not include any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on the shipment, all of which are the customer’s responsibility.  We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments.

We dispatch orders in two business days from the date of receiving the order. Each piece is estimated to ship within the shipping timeframe specified on its respective product page. For domestic orders, customers receive their orders 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of dispatch.

International orders may take up to 3 business days to process. Please note that the expedited shipping method delivery timeframes do not include order processing time. Orders placed on Friday after 6:00 PM (GMT+4) will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. While we aim to ship your order within the shipping timeframe stated on the product page, the actual time to ship your order may take more or less time depending on the production capabilities and other conditions.  If you wish to check on the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at customercare@kaveuli.com.

Kindly note that Kaveuli may opt to use Georgian Post Ground Shipping for shipping precious metals and perfumes exceeding 50 ml due to particular regulations and requirements of international couriers. This shipping method delivers products to a nearby post office, ensuring compliance with all regulations and safe delivery of your order.

 

Returns

All sales on kaveuli.com are final. If you have any questions about any piece before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at customercare@kaveuli.com.  We will gladly address any inquiries you may have.

If you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email customercare@kaveuli.com within 2 business days of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.  We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.

If you purchased a Kaveuli piece from another retailer, please consult that retailer’s applicable policies.  We are not responsible for items purchased from other retailers.

All personal information you provide during registration is used (i) to process your order(s); (ii) to contact you regarding a particular transaction; or (iii) to contact you about new products, features or special promotions.
